Drlkt Freddie is a NYC based production team and live act that is smashing into the scene with a summer anthem "Airtight," out on DANR Music on June 9, 2009 with remixes by Tronik Youth, Dept. and Sonic Truth. With a beautifully haunting synth and a feel good vibe, "Airtight" already has people comparing the duo to Daft Punk and Digitalism.

Comprised of producer/songwriter/singer Van Scott and producer/engineer Jad Cooper, the two DJs have a shared love of music that moves people with influences ranging from French pop and ghetto tech to inide and electro.

Upcoming singles include "Blood" (with remixes by Chewy Chocolate Cookies and Alexander Technique) and "Boys & Girls," both set for release in 2009. Also, Drlkt Freddie has been busy remixing top acts such as Sia, Princess Superstar, Angel Moraes, Larry Tee, Killer on the Dancefloor, Roxy Cottontail, Lauren Flax and Sick Boy all set for release this summer on Sony/BMG, Ultra Records and DANR Music.
